Plymouth Meeting Mall

The Plymouth Meeting Mall is a PREIT mall located in the heart of Plymouth Meeting, PA. The mall management team was interested in having the entire parking lot re-striped, as well as adding safety signage and pavement markings in certain intersections where there were safety concerns. In addition to the large parking lot, the site contains a 140,000 square foot parking garage underneath a Whole Foods. Mall management wanted this large parking lot scrubbed prior to the line striping work being complete.

We began by scrubbing the parking garage using an industrial ride-on scrubber. While the parking garage dried we immediately began re-striping the outdoor parking lot. While performing the re-striping work, we noticed several areas of concern regarding the safety of mall customers. We drafted a recommendation on how to address those identified safety concerns and presented them to the mall management. After reviewing the proposal, mall management agreed to the addition of several stop signs and new pavement markings at several intersections, including some concerning a highly traveled Septa bus stop.

This project was an overall success and demonstrated our flexibility, knowledge of the field and personalized customer service.
