Hot Applied Thermoplastic Pavement Markings

Quick Lot performs hot applied thermoplastic pavement markings for local roadways, municipalities, townships, counties and private parking lots. It’s an excellent alternative to traffic paints as thermoplastic applications have a significantly longer use-life than waterborne and solvent based traffic paints.
We’re not talking about those pre-taped markings. Our Thermo Crews first heat the thermoplastic pavement markings into a molten state over 400°F in a large pre-melter kettle before being transferred to an applicator and applied to the asphalt surface. Most often used for local roadways, non-longitudinal road/highway markings and drive lane markings in parking lots, hot applied thermoplastic pavement markings are the preferred pavement marking solution.

However, we’ve had many jobs where we’ve had to adjust according to the customers needs and pre-existing surface. Parking Lot & Roadway Signage

Quick Lot offers full service traffic and parking lot sign installation, including custom signs. Signs can be installed into the ground, concrete, asphalt or bollards and includes all relevant state Department of Transportation specs.

Eradication

Quick Lot offers pavement markings eradication. We complete grinding eradication with specialized PCD heads to remove markings with as little asphalt or concrete as possible. By removing as little asphalt and concrete as possible, we are able to save the integrity of the surface.
Note: We do not currently offer waterblasting in-house but partner with several providers in the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond when needed.

Warehouse Striping

Quick Lot installs durable internal warehouse markings and coatings.

We’re happy to consult with clients on the various methods and the benefits of each from directly applied traffic paint or epoxy to the gold standard of shot blasting to prepare the surface, applying either an epoxy paint or other types of paint and even clearcoat.

Truck Wheel Stops

Quick Lot, LLC supplies and installs truck sized wheel stops (wheel bumpers / curb stops) for distribution centers and anywhere large trucks will be frequenting. Quick Lot can supply and install a variety of sized wheel stops including XL Truck Wheel Stops weighing over 1300 lbs. each!

In addition to truck wheel stops, Quick Lot can supply and install more typical car wheel stops in concrete, plastic and recycled rubber. Quick Lot recommends using slotted wheel stops that allow water run beneath the surface.
